Is there a way to make a JPEG doc on IOS?

I code on IOS because I just find it easier to code while lets say, in a car. And being the meme god myself, I like to rickroll my friends, yes I repeat, I rickroll my friends in 2021 ;-; Anyways, so is there a way to access the JPEG through files on IOS? Ive tried but ive havent been able to. Im using the img tag btw. https://code.sololearn.com/W34K85CwfVAD/?ref=app my bad rickroll. Ill make it look better once I get this sorted out

So all you need is a ric roll gif? I don't think it would be all that hard to google search for a gif and put it in the img tag. The actual file is often hidden behind multiple web links. So you have to copy image and see where they lead until you end up with the proper image file. I've saved you some trouble.
