Understanding Python?

I’m feeling overwhelmed when it comes to writing code, how can I overcome this? It seems like my brain just goes blank when it comes to the Code Editing etc aspect of the learning as far as the Q&A parts I get it! Can someone help me please.

Try to use python on PC whatever the os you use .Then do projects as many there are in the course.Write on your ✋ and don't use copy paste.Your task is boring I know but has more implicit benefits. For example try to write a program that read from a text file. This is a challenge but you can do it.

I think this is normal at beginning. Programming is something totally new for your brain. This needs a while. Do breaks. And in the break do nothing with programming. Something relaxing like a walk on the fresh air. Many people want start direct with coding. But coding is complex your brain can't do all the stuff while programming. You need first solve the problem step by step with notes. Then you start programming.
