you dont. Use Assembly and compile it, or just use C. There is zero reason to learn Bianary, if you really really need to, just look online for a Bianary converter to convert letters and numbers to Bianary for you.
As for learning how a machine works, you actually want to learn Assembly and C, they are used for making OSes, then they are compiled into machine language.
