I have written a code in html and css and it's like a blog, I want to know how I can take in user registrations or log in.

Question

I'm at a very beginner stage yet so I don't know a very lot.I want the user to be able to register and log in and then post texts/messages publicly from their account. Is this possible using only html? What do I need to learn to make this possible? I'm in no hurry and am willing to learn whatever i need to.
