What is the best way where I can learn Rust?

Apollo-Roboto no use. All you'll find is a few conferences, or some videos saying why Rust is getting popular, and very few tutorials which are pretty much useless.

As Théophile said, the official Rust book is THE best way to start. Also after you complete a certain chapter from the book, make sure to go to the related chapter in the "Rust by example" book

and see some examples of what you just learnt. You will also learn some extra things once in a while from the "Rust by Example" book.

As dumb as it seems, looking up "rust for beginner" on youtube can give you tons of useful video to get you well started!
