Fastest path to make money from programming in 2020?

I have been in programming business almost 7 years ago I know: HTML5 CSS3 Jquery Some Javascript I have experinced with joomla I know wordpress, but Ican't make a theme for it. I know php fundomentals I am very fast at converting PSD into bootstrap 4... Please note that I abandoned programming for employment, and I abandoned Employment for programming after 7 years But I can't make money , things are changed from 7 years ago, what is your advice on helping me to get income, I tried freelancing, but the competition is so tense, I have no chance.... What should I do to make money, and keep my self happy, or if you need me, with the mentioned history...Please let me know.... I am sort of depressed and stucked.
