Why I am not sending messages to anyone? Can anyone help me to figure out this problem

Welcome to sololearn,
You're a level 1 user now. It's not enough to use some features such as messenger, upvote, etc.
You need to get more xp to use messenger feature.I mean you should reach a high level.
So, please keep learning to unblock the messenger.
