Which steps I need to take to become a good web dev?

Which steps I mean by that : which language I need to learn first or learn at the same time to get better and better with practice that's for sure ?
1- html
2- css
3- JavaScript
4-ajax
ECT....
Or smthg else ????

I've programmed before and studied algos ... but I need kinda a path you get me , I'm learning htlm5 and css3 at the same time cause they complete each other then JavaScript to have the behaviour of the web , after those 3 steps I don't know what to do, php maybe sql sqli?????
