whether HTML TAG can be self closing TAG as below

< HTML this is my site />

If "this is my site" was meant as content of the element, then no. Self closing tags don't have support for contents.

P.S. Some tags allow data setting through attributes e.g. 'value' attribute in <input> tag

You can't create your own tag....

➡️And about self closing tag like :
<br/> , <hr/> ,<img/> ...etc are self closing tags.(You can find more on google)

<hr> or <hr/>
Both are right. Actually / is optional with self closing tags🤗
...
You can use any one(only with self closing tags)
