Argh!!!!! I'm confused

I'm getting confused on a particular subject which is further mathematics and I just wanna know if it's necessary and compulsory for programming and maybe hacking?

You should have known that math is the mother of Science. When you're learning like programming and hacking at least basic math is compulsory. I hope you understand.
