Jagged array help

Question

the last test case won't work, I tried just printing it and I also tried if statements but still test 5 just won't give me that check. So i was wondering what could the other errors be?

Maybe add the link to code coach as well so one would get an idea of the inputs and what is it all about ,not every user know about every single code coach and even if they are willing to help they can't without knowing what it is suppose to do ,
