Now what should i do to motivate myself, that i can get back to my study.!

They induce auditory reflexes and signal your brain to produce endorphins and seretonine which help lift your mood and motivate you.

You can listen to Fight Back by NEFFEX or My Demons by Starset or Centuries by Fall out Boys and songs like these.

Just go to Youtube and search these and let autoplay do its work.

Get yourself a study journal, to keep track of what you’e learnt so far, and what yours struggling with. it is a good way to regulate your learning as you can see your progress. furthermore if you ever decide to take a break, you can retrace your steps.

listening to music (with words) while studying has been proven to adversely affect learning. That is because you have limited attention which you need to think about the the difficult algorithm youre working on. coding is hard enough, you dont need any more distractions.
