SoloLearn will not share who caused the ban. Mods only ban without warnings for porn or similar content postings. SoloLearn requires us to warn first in all other cases. Mods must justify each ban to SoloLearn with screenshots so we only do so with justification. Regular user reports can ban accounts if enough are made (five last I knew) so no warning are possible for this type of banning. SoloLearn always returns banned account first time with promise to avoid wrong behavior. However, given they know the IP address used, they can tell if multiple banned accounts share one.

Moderators do not intentionally deactivate accounts for no good reason but mistakes do happen. If you feel your account was deactivated in error then contact SoloLearn and they can reactivate your account.

As far as my knowledge go, you can't get banned by just one or 2 reports.

I was banned for no reason once; no warning, no explanation, no recovery. I didn't harass anyone, break a rule, etc. Some mod probably just didn't like me.
