How can i make theme for android ?? N how to apply it ??

I have an HTML CSs n JS based clock how can I make it work on my android device
plzz help if anybody knows ...

Android,which uses xml, java and others, is not related to web languages at all, so you cannot make an android app with web languages. However, there is still a way ti make an app wi html, css and js by using Cordova(Phonegap) (link:https://cordova.apache.org).

P.S What do you mean by theme?
