I am learning html and css but I doesn't want to learn java or any other programing language. Can I make my own website?

Is HTML and CSS are sufficient to create a website?.

(The programming language used with websites is JavaScript, not Java) On its own, html and css are sufficient to create your own website. They will give you both the content and the looks you want. However, your website will have only a minimum of interactivity. Also, every piece of text you want your visitors to read, you'll manually have to add or remove from your page. If you want to make it easier to update your website's content, you can write blog posts on a website like Blogger or WordPress and simply embed it using html.
