What's the difference between <!DOCTYPE html> and <!doctype html> ?

I am a new beginner of HTML,so I need some help in here...

Html is case insentive language so dont have difference if u writting small or capital . But in other languages small and capital letters have difference too .

There is no difference in any of both case because html is "CASE IN-SENSETIVE" web development markup tool
