How was your first contact with programming?

In my case, i was just chatting on a mobile site a few years ago. It contained a forum and stuff about HTML. I got interested.. and last year i decided to learn a programming language. Let me know how you buys got into this programming world !

sincerly, i strated with QBasic on ms-dos when i was 14.
found a book in library and started to practice.
but only a few years ago i started to dedicate more to programing.
i've already got contact, at school, with: c++, java, c#. net, html, css, php, sql, vba and Visual Basic. net.

we had a lesson to learn Qbasic.
And it was beginning of love...
