I am new here but I want to ask if it's only on coding app that coding works or it can also work on my any other app

Well, clearly if your code only works here and not elsewhere, then that would defeat the entire purpose of this app. The stuff that you learn here definitely applies to actual development using these programming languages, i.e. if your C++ code compiles and runs here, it will almost surely also compile on desktop, some other online compiler, etc.

SoloLearn is a programming learning platform, which also have its own IDE (code playground). There are a lot of other apps also which you can use to write your program.
