Is safe if i use my PC for hosting website?

You could do that with a Raspberry Pi -very cheap sollution. In terms of security I would rather leave it to the professionals and host the site by a provider.

Yeah, but if you want it to be up for 24/7 then you're better off hosting it on some server cause otherwise you'd have to leave your PC on and never turn it off
