Can I make apps,bots using mobile

I really want to make apps,bot and games using mobile even though I make them simple I want to learn more and get experience as long as I have no pc to use I should upregrade myself with what I have
Any apps I can use??
I am learning C++ rn so if you know anyy app that supports cpp I'll be pleased

In theory you can but testing them woukd be harder, your process would be slower
