What program do I start with when I have no experience with Programming?

Hey. I have no experience with Programming whatsoever. Can you help me decide what to start with?

Since you don't have any experience of any language I better suggest you to learn C .C is a mid level language .You can learn the basic of the programming language by learning c .
Anyway HTML is not a programming language .It's a markup language which is used for web development.
