Should I make written notes of what I learn?

Many people say that to learn HTML, CSS, JAVA, PYTHON and many more, some good sources are Sololearn, w3schools.com, Grasshopper, Udemy etc. But now my question is should I write all what I learn in my text copy also or not? Thank you in advance.

Open a folder about every language you learn and take some notes about the different things on every programming language. Otherwise if you learn multiole languages it is easy to get confused.
