I won't really urge you to learn this or that but it really depends on you, just as a suggestion I would recommend you to start [cascading style sheets] CSS before jumping on two JavaScript. Here's a good info about that have a look https://code.sololearn.com/WdQq4Uq026EX/?ref=app Something from Quora **JS can be learned as only a programming language like any other, but to truely make your knowledge of JS productive, you'd definitely need to understand how JS comes into play with the DOM. And for that, you need to know HTML and CSS. Its easier to learn JS if you know HTML and CSS.** https://www.quora.com/Should-I-learn-HTML-and-CSS-before-jumping-into-JavaScript-Is-there-anything-else-I-should-know-before-immersing-myself-in-this

I recommend JS before CSS. Without CSS you can still make up your site. But without JS, HTML is like a human body without a brain. JS is the base of HTML.

You can! But I recommend you to learn css first as you could clearly understand how to deal with elements class and id and also in java script you may learn how to work with CSS attributes but if you dont understand css you can catch it.
