Which is better React v/s Angular

Angular is better if you are looking for a framework that handles everything

React if you are going in the minimalistic route. React is faster.

Ben Meehan React has state management, and routing are handled in different package.

i havent play with angular (its next on my list), but for learning Vue is much easier compared to React, Vue code much closer to html than javascript.
so if you're not confident with javascript, Vue might be a better choice. otherwise its up to you
