school app making

actually i am in a big project. i need to make a school app in which teachers can send homework or test to students and students can send their homework back, but i am not an expert coder i am just a beginner. so someone help me in making this project.

Relax. In that case you should be making a web base application. Just learn JavaScript very well use IDE like pycharm or visual studio code and watch tutorials on YouTube. You can also apply other languages into but I suggest you use JavaScript since that is what you are working with. Remember your first code might not be pretty but just be glad that you did something.
