Why is swift not included in the quiz factory? or could it be that there isn't any ios developer on solo learn who could volunteer?

Because very few swift learners are there. Swift does not give the freedom that other languages give to us.You make an app in Swift..duh...you can't publish it without review whereas in android it is not the case
