B and I are only for visual effect, strong and em are different in the way the content will be read. In a normal browser it makes no difference, but for bots (e.g. Google) and Text2Speach it makes some difference.

<b> and <strong> are the same they make the text bold. <i> and <em> also the same they make the test italic.
