HOW TO CREAT QUESTIONS FOR OTHER ?

I wonder when i do challenges in SOLOLEARN
And in every question this is the name of the..Author of that question like

WHAT IS THE MEANING HTML

AND IT'S MEAN THAT QUESTIONS ARE MADE BY SOME ONE...
I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW CAN I MAKE QUESTIONS TOO...FOR OTHER SOLO LEARNERS ??

I used an older apk a few days ago of sololearn.
There i saw i could make quiz for swift and c .
But in newer version you can't create quiz nor lesson .

In older version of this app you can create quiz for others but in newer version of sololearn app this feature was removed, maybe they can add it later.

Yes, many more features are removed too...
