Hey guys, i completed html css js SQL and C, what do you advise i so next? The most recent is C, and SQL but isn't really programming, so should i do a big projects ( examples ) or should i move on to java and c++ or more advanced languages?

I think you should know what you want. In my opinion:
web -> javascript , php
Android -> kotlin
Windows -> c++
Game -> c++
Security -> phyton
If you want to learn a cross platform language c++ whit Qt is perfect
