Can i able to install android apk files in laptop(windows 10) by using Android studio?

If yes means please tell me how to install that android APK files in laptop step by step.

android studio already have an Android Emulator.
But I don't know how to use that android emulator to install android APK
And I also don't know how much the Android studio's android emulator is differ from the other android emulator (BlueStacks)
