Can you be banned in a server with WIFI BAN ?

Hello, I got banned from a server in ****** and I changed new phone, bew ip, new account and am still banned ? does wifi ban exists ? or only IP Ban....

Yeah its tough to say, but if you used the same email, name, address, etc the ban is probably using that data. Also, some bans happen at the ISP level, so while it appears on your end that you have a different IP, your ISP has never changed it

Steven M can I make new account abd email in my phone and bypass it by VPN ? (I dont want to buy a new phone for just server)

I don't know, its tough to say how the ban is applied, your best bet is probably to work with the server administrator and see if they can unban you
