Where should I begin stating learning to create android apps and games. I know a good bit of java.What should I do next?Also tell me software(s) for windows to do the same.Thanks in advance.

Download Android Studio from official Google's website. UI is very simple which makes it best software to develop android apps. For learn more advance, you can go with Udacity's android courses and some of them are completely free. There are also plenty of YouTube channels which clears your basic things. They are just a search away. Give them a try. Best of luck.
