Is solo learn app enough to learn programming?

I wish to learn HTML,CSS an javascript for web development.Is this app enough or it is only the basics that is being taught here?

It's enough to start making stuff. It gets past the tedious beginner stuff to the point where you can start using more specific tutorials.

It teaches the basics of most languages, so it doesn't make you professional at programming.

It's only the basics and the fundamentals, although you can build pretty cool stuff with the skills that are taught here. There is Codecademy, which you can check out.
