I use PHP and Symfony Framework. It is fast and simple. This is all I need to do my job.

I use jQuery because of the simplicity in learning and using it. jQuery has amazing browser compatibility and it gets the job done in very few lines of code. Though I have not learned AngularJS, Django or Ruby on Rails, I plan to incorporate them in my web development too
