How to make a game??

Question

I want to know that how can I make my first game using java language..... is there any need for a special learning for this??....I would be highly obliged if someone could tell me about the basics of creating a game.

I use LibGDX for my game making. it is cross platform and uses Java. there are some great video tutorials on YouTube by GameFromScratch
