Hello everyone I am using some codes of solo learn in my notepad.... the html , Css and javascript code isn't running same

I am using the codes on my computer but the code of HTML and css collaboration isn't running same as it's running in my mobile.... like of Android and the whatsapp UI

You didn't mentioned the problem ,not even what errors you are getting and on which software you are running ,so how do you expect to get help?

Abhay bhai HTML or CSS ke code apache Tomcat me nhi run karunga ....in notepad only...and my point I have explained that the code isn't executing the same way as it's getting executed in mobile phone
