Niluxan Rajakumar Your question is usually asked a lot by beginners. I assume you are asking this because you are finding a had time choosing what to learn.

The short answer is that there is no best. There are hundreds of programming languages. Some are used for a lot of tasks. Some are built for a specific task. Therefore, PICKING A LANGUAGE DEPENDS ON THE TASK AT HAND.

It will be easier to answer that question if you can specify what exactly you want to learn(e.g web design, game development).
