Solving "Can't get my certificate" issue!

I too finished my HTML thoroughly but couldn't receive my certificate at first. It showed" something went wrong". I suggest you to follow ----
1) Make it sure your account is varified by a mail account.
2)Apply for the certificate in the morning/noon. (Not in night)
