Progress in learning is resetting

Hey, every time i log into the app, my progress just resets and i start from lvl 1 basics. Is it supposed to do that?

Hmm. That's crazy .
It shouldn't happen but if it's still not updating and you can't increase your level it would be better if you could email sololearn at [e-mail].
