If you need to make your html website based on someone else:s idra or works
I:ve got something for you and I m sure it works pretty good.
Enter into a webpage,save the page as an offline page.and go into your text editor.
search for any file or document with an html extension and the name you gave to that page.
Once you've found it open it in your text editor and the page's html code will be displayed to you.
You can modify any part of it you judg necessary.
I've trird it using Notepad++ and it worked

It's good method to use it with Evil Twin and steal people passwords. :)
