You cannot get any certificates after winning challenges you can get certificate is only if you complete any courses.
and for the challenges you have various badges if you'll complete 50 challenges you will get a badge if you will complete 500 challenges using a particular weapon you will get a badge and many more but you will not get certificates for that.

Because the program will know that you are ready for certification from courses that's the only way
