As a beginner should I go for Ruby on Rails or Django or Angular 8

Did you already try out Ruby (> Rails), Python (> Django) and JS (> Angular)? Go for what you like most!

Only someone who has tried all 3 would be able to answer that question. I'm pretty sure that all of them will have some level of difficulty at the beginning which might stretch up to a couple of months. So picking any of those will do but also you must know the programming language used in those framework before diving into it.
