Is website hosting in github using android phone possible?

I want free hosting of my website, can i do it using github on my smartphone.I have created a github account but I am not getting exactly how my files are going to be published.
Give your suggestions please!!

You can do it on the desktop version of github.com

Maybe what you're looking for is github pages. If that's it you should read the github help page where they explain what you can or can't do in ghPages and how to do it.
