I want to go into web development, please can you suggest the best language i can start working with?

In Discuss module where you have posted your question, a search icon is there at upper right. From there you can search your questions to find whether it has already been asked by others or not.

You can start with the trio HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
It will be better if you use search bar before posting your question from next time.
