Suggestion for a inbuilt Sololearn bug

Sololearn web playground is the buggiest playground ever cause sometimes automatically some characters gets added and sometimes css gets converted into html code after putting a * in the first line which means *=everything on DOCUMENT and I want to make some parts of my code position fixed but I can't do it because of the bugs. https://code.sololearn.com/W18tZFyIGUPy/?ref=app Please tell me a way to update this code without Any bugs.

There are no bugs I have encountered in sololearn code playground yet and can you be more specific about which id of elements you want to have fixed position
