There is no the best. They are just instruments for different tasks. There is no language that can solve all problems.

Well, it really depends on what you have/want to do. For example I started with HTML & CSS & JavaScript, to understand how the webpages are working. Then I wanted to know more, and I continued with SQL, and also I am doing an online course for C programming - Fundamentals. I know that C is more difficult from C++ and C#, but its better to start with it. And I like SQL a lot. After that I am thinking to continue with PHP. Good luck with every language you start, its a big advantage to know some(or more
😊) . I like to think about the computer languages as they are the same like English, Italian or others(because I am speaking three languages, and learn others too). Its great to learn every day something new!!

It depends on the person.
I know several guys who code in C but easily outdo others. Algorithms design and analysis matters the most.
