SOUPTIK NATH oh!! I don't have any idea that you can convert your Web app to mobile app with the phone. Try to buy a simple decent PC so that you can better work.

You can use ionic framework to convert html5 website into and hybrid app. https://ionicframework.com/ And use Cordova or PhoneGap with ionic.

SOUPTIK NATH who said that ionic, PhoneGap etc are costly they are free to use. Phonegap is totally free it is open-source and ionic also has free while the ionic pro version is paid.you can use the ionic free version to create your web app to a mobile hybrid app.
