So you have first to learn a java programming language and install android studio on your computer and start programming.

another choice you can program an application with xamarin you need a c# programming language for it .

android studio is best... also dnt use emulator becoz it doesnot support bluetooth and other main features... use ur device as emulator...

if you want to make an an android game
firstly you have to learn java programming language and you setup android studio in your pc also ı think you have to know phyton programming language but ı am not sure. but ı suggest you use unity game programming. and so you have to know phyton, c++ and java programming language. if you like this you can study with my group. we are working about this.
