Sleeping is the answer! Learn, sleep, repeat. Sometimes you are blocked, then you have to sleep, next morning... it works ;)

All of the answers have good points - although I'd change part of Berzurcus answer to "You can't learn software development with this app alone", as if you've used other programming languages or learnt lots of general software theory you'll recognise good features and where they'd be handy. It helps me to go above and beyond the examples in the code playground, with ideas like "so if I can use a while loop to do xyz and I can also do ... by doing ... can I combine them to do ..." run it, see what happens, and then if it doesn't work the way I'd expect it to I work out why it doesn't. Also try to make errors and weird things happen and see what python does with it. This helps you get a fuller understanding.

You have to apply the concepts you learn by doing simple projects: name generator, text based dice rolling simulator, madlibs, simple web scraper, text based adventure game etc... Its not enough to just know the concepts (which is what this app does), you have to know >when< to use them to really learn to program.

You cant learn python with this app alone. You have to suppliment it with other material and practicing your on your own computer by doing beginner python projects. This app is a good refresher but to learn the language its kind of lacking. Thats because imo it gives you definitions of the different aspect of the language and quizes you to see if you know it, but it doesnt explain when/how it it would be useful. The only way to figure that out is to do your own projects and problem solve.
