How can I implement this on my section?

I'm building a website and I'm seeing some tutorials on YouTube since HTML isn't my area of expertise. I want to implement that script ONLY into that section, but I know I did something wrong since, my result and the tutorial result are different.

Sorry... where is the script? I just see some styles of CSS in first link. And.. somehow it was written in php tab of sololearn...you should choose WEB instead it with html-css-js not php...
